For the convenience of our clients, we provide monthly, weekly and bi-weekly lawn/garden maintenance schedules.

Rates depend on the type of labour, however our basic criteria is as follows:

$60.00/hr - All general Maintenance, Pruning, Shaping of small plants, Shovelling of dirt, mulch, rock, creating of beds

Garden Maintenance:

• Scheduled weeding, composting, deadheading, plant pruning
• Planting/Transplanting
• Transportation and installation of plantings
• Tree and shrub pruning if agreed upon.

Lawn Care:

• Scheduled Cutting and edge trimming
• Removal of all Clippings
• Weed and Fertilizing schedules
• Laying of sod
• Spring and fall clean-up ( Aeration coring of the lawn to allow water and nutreince in to the roots of your lawn, Power Raking removes the layers of dead grass (thatch) that is left over from the cutting of your grass throughout the season.)

* There is a 1 Hour travel time added to all property visits.

Monthly Packages:

• For average City Lots and Properties Weekly Garden Maintenance Only: $ 960.00
• Bi-Weekly: $ 500.00
• Every 3 Weeks: $ 350.00
• Once a Month: $ 300.00

Lawn Maintenance:

• Weekly: $ 480.00
• Bi Weekly: $ 460.00
• Every 3 Weeks: $ 300.00
• Once a Month: $ 150.00

Garden and Lawn Maintenance Combination:

• Weekly: $ 1152.00
• Bi-Weekly: $ 768.00
• Every 3 Weeks: $ 520.00
• Once a Month: $360.00
